Operations Manager
 My name is Kelly Bradigan and I am the Operations Manager with FACT.
A little bit about me:
I was born and raised in Uniontown, PA. I’m a proud graduate of Uniontown Area High School and Penn State (Fayette Campus). I’ve been married for 11 years and we have 2 beautiful grown daughters. Now that we are “empty nesters,” we enjoy riding motorcycles during the summer. We both recently bought new bikes and try to ride as much as possible. Our philosophy is that we know we’re not getting any younger so we do what we love, as often as we can. We also enjoy traveling and would like to do more of it.
My favorite holiday is Halloween. This year we had a yard full of 12 foot decorations. Two skeletons, a talking witch, a moving mummy, an 18 foot phantom and also a homemade screen that plays different holograms. This year, we kept one of the skeletons up after Halloween. His name is Skelly. For Christmas, Skelly wore a Santa hat and poncho; for Valentine’s Day, he was holding hearts and had a red light necklace.
My career has taken me mostly through accounting and financial positions, including my previous 10 years working for FACT as the Fiscal Manager. Taking on the Operations Manager position was a challenge in and of itself, but, also considering, it has taken me in a different direction than I am accustomed. With the wonderful team I have next to me at FACT, the transition has been going well. Now that covid is hopefully behind us, things are changing for the better. The future for FACT is bright. I’m proud to be a part of the team that is bringing on these changes.
