Technician Supervisor
 My name is Kevin Mansberry and I am the Technician Supervisor with FACT.
A little bit about Kevin:
Kevin was born and raised in Brownfield, PA. He is a 1986 graduate of Laurel Highlands
High School and furthered his education at the Diesel Institute that same year. He has
been employed as a diesel mechanic and a Class 7 State Inspection mechanic for over
25 years. 19 of those years he spent with Coach USA/Central Cab as a diesel mechanic
and Maintenance Manager. He has managed a fleet of 62 buses between several
Coach facilities between Waynesburg, PA, Beckley and Parkersburg, WV. When Coach
closed their operations, Kevin accepted his first position with FACT as a Class A
Technician. In January 2023, Kevin was promoted to the newly created position of
Technician Supervisor.
Kevin’s goal as Technician Supervisor is to provide safe and reliable transportation for
the citizens of Fayette County.
Kevin resides in Brownfield, PA with his wife Kathleen and dog, Tank. They have two
sons, Ryan and Matthew and 5 grandchildren. He is devoted to and loves his family.
Keven shares a hobby with his father Dave and brothers Leland and Dave of collecting
model Lionel trains.
